19:05 〜 19:35 What I Look for in the Senior Engineers I Want to Work With — Hiroshi Nakamura
What makes someone the kind of senior engineer you really want on your team? In this talk, Hiroshi Nakamura, CTO and VP of Engineering at Treasure AI, will share the qualities he values in senior engineers today—not just technical depth, but also curiosity, ownership, good judgment, and the ability to work well with others. Drawing on his experience leading engineering at a company building enterprise data and AI products, Hiroshi will talk about the mindset and working style that help engineers make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving environment.
Hiroshi Nakamura (CTO & VP of Engineering at Treasure AI)
Hiroshi Nakamura is the CTO and VP of Engineering at Treasure AI, where he leads engineering for the company’s enterprise data and AI platform. He is focused on building reliable, secure, and scalable products, as well as exploring how AI can accelerate software development without compromising engineering quality or security. Based in Tokyo, Hiroshi also contributes to Treasure AI’s technical thought leadership around AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices.
19:45 〜 20:15 Building the Architecture Behind Our AI Product — Sadayuki Furuhashi
AI products require more than powerful models. They need an architecture that can connect data, systems, and user experiences in a reliable and scalable way. In this talk, Sadayuki Furuhashi will share the architectural thinking behind Treasure AI’s AI product and the principles guiding its development. Drawing on his experience designing distributed systems and data infrastructure, he will discuss how to build a foundation that is flexible enough to evolve with rapidly changing AI technologies while remaining practical, maintainable, and ready for real-world use.
