【1/21】山口の郷土料理でおもてなし 山口郷土料理教室 開催決定!

イベント説明

 今回のWA-fullわっふるは、今までで一番リクエストの多かった、山口の郷土料理作り体験を開催します!
県外、海外からのゲストが、旅先で食べたい物NO.1は、旅館などで振舞われる会席料理ではなく、地元でしか食べられない郷土料理だそうです。
なかなかお店でも出してくれる所が少ない、だけど、昔から食べられてきた山口の家庭の味を一緒に学びませんか。
国内外の交流会に活かせるよう、海外でも手に入りやすい食材でのアレンジ法、松花堂弁当で美しい盛り付けのコツを伝授。日英レシピ付き。

Cooking Seminar
 Preparing Yamaguchi local wintertime dishes.
Learn how to make Yamaguchi local wintertime dishes in a ‘shokado style’.
With ideas to arrange similar dishes with ingredients available in your own country, along with advice on good presentation.
 English/Japanese leaflet listing the recipes will be provided for you to take away.
 *Ingredients may differ from those shown on the picture due to availability.
