参加者の皆様へのお知らせ
~ 新型コロナウィルス感染症対応へのお願い ~
政府からの感染症予防対策への要請と現状を鑑み、この度のイベント参加は、自己健康管理及び感染症予防にご協力頂ける方とし、限定20組様と変更させて頂きます。
すでにお申し込みの方でキャンセル希望の方は、3月12日(木)迄に、イベントンよりキャンセルをお願い致します。
なお、お申込者数が限定数に達し次第、参加募集を終了させて頂きます。
今月中に日本国が定める入国制限国地域へ旅行や滞在された方は参加はご遠慮下さい。
当日までに、ご自身やご家族等に発熱、咳などの症状のあったり感染症の疑いがあった場合、持病が感染症リスクに影響ありと思われる方も、参加をご遠慮ください。
当日、スタジオ入場時に、参加者の皆様に手指の消毒と体温チェックをお願いいたします。 37.5℃以上の発熱のある方は、入場・参加できません。

< in English > Notice to participants for New Coronavirus Infection Control
According to Japanese government's request for preventive measures against infectious diseases and the current situation, this event will be limited to those who can cooperate in self-health management and infectious disease prevention, limited to 20 pairs.
For those who have already applied and wish to cancel, please cancel from Eventon by March 12 (Thursday).
In addition, as soon as the number of applicants reaches the limited number, we will end the application for participation.
If you have traveled or stayed in a restricted area designated by Japanese goverment during this month, please do not participate.
If you or your family members have symptoms such as fever or cough or suspected infectious disease by the day of the event, please refrain from participating even if you think that the pre-existing illness may affect the risk of infectious disease.
At the entrance of the studio on the day, we ask participants to disinfect their hands and check their temperature. Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher cannot enter or participate.

This is an event to learn about pair dance. Please considerate each other and emphasize etiquette. We recommend that bring your own clothes to change if you sweat.
◇WS・Partyの趣旨を損う行為、対人トラブルは御断りいたします。怪我などのアクシデントも主催者は一切責任を負いません。入場をお断りする場合もございます。お支払い後の各種料金は返金いたしません。ご確認ください。
We will refuse any acts that detract from the purpose of WS / Party, or interpersonal troubles. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents such as injuries. Admission may be refused in some cases. Various fees after payment will not be refunded. please confirm all conditions.
◇渋谷スタジオミッションでのWS・Partyはドリンクの持ち込み可能(アルコール不可)、その他各開催場所の規定に準じます。
WS / Party at Shibuya Studio Mission is allowed to bring own drinks (no alcohol only) , also please follow their rules of each venue.

◇当日会場受付の場合、釣り銭のないよう現金をご準備の上、お支払いをお願い致します。スケジュールをスムーズに進めるため、お釣りの用意はいたしません。

◇Full Pass, DayPassについては振り込み対応いたします。振り込み手数料は、お支払いする方の負担になります。

◇ご購入いただいたパスやワークショップについて、3月12日(木)まではキャンセル可能とし、返金対応いたしますが。キャンセル手数料等600円をご負担ください(国内の場合)。
Passes purchased can be canceled until March 12 (Thursday), will refund you if canceled before this date with cancel fee 600 yen (within Japan).
◇災害・交通機関の計画運休など、主催者側によらない理由によりWorkshopが開催できなくなった場合は返金いたします。振り込み手数料等が発生する場合、実費のみご負担下さい。
In case of that the Workshop cannot be held for reasons other than the organizer, such as a planned suspension of disaster or transportation, we will be refund, but please pay only the actual transfer fee if it happens.
