こんにちは!EVO Japan 2019(以下evoJ)の興奮さめぬ翌日、
まだまだ対戦し足りなさそうな皆さんに後夜祭イベントのご案内です。
2019年2月17日(日)、福岡天神駅から歩いて10分の会場にて
家庭用ギルティギアXrdRev2の大会・交流会を開催します!

Guilty Gear Xrd community event will be held on Feb. 17, the next day of EVO Japan 2019!

[ Preparing & TimeSchedule ] 会場での用意・当日のスケジュールについて
対戦台(PS4+モニター)は現時点で10セット配置予定。
(応募人数によっては追加の機材提供をお願いするかもしれません)
We are planning to provide 10 sets of PS4 and monitors.
コントローラーはご持参いただくか、プレイヤー間で共有してください。
運営からお貸しできる余裕がないためどうかご了承ください。
Please bring your PS4 controller with you, or share it among players.
We cannot provide a sufficient number of controllers.
同キャラ優先ランダム3on3大会は参加締切が12:00、大会開始が13:00予定です。
会場は10:30〜18:00まで開放しているため、野試合は自由にしていただけます。
セッティング中のためプレイはできないかもしれませんが、参加受付だけであれば10:00から行います。
[ About 3on3 tournament ]
We will host a tournament at randomly 3player teams during the event!
In order to participate in this tournament it is necessary to have you come to the venue by 12 o'clock.
◆ Special rules : If there is the same character, give priority make the same character team.
[ Time schedule ]
The tournament's participation deadline is 12:00, the tournament starts at 13:00.
The event hall will be open from 10:30 to 18:00, so feel free to play casual match at any time.
Although game play may not be possible, only reception of participation starts from 10:00.
[ Participation fee ] 参加費について
イベント当日、入場時に現金にてお支払いください。
Please pay cash for payment of admission fee.
事前申し込み:2,000円
当日参加:2,500円 ※参加人数に余裕がある場合に限ります
荷物預かり:500円
※荷物預かりはバッグやスーツケースなど収納されたものに限ります。アケコンや衣服・貴重品に関しては各自で管理をお願いします。
Pre-registration : 2000yen
Participation-today : 2500yen **We will provide this option only when the number of participants do not reach maximum**
Baggage-storage : 500yen
Baggage storage is limited to those stored in bags or suitcases. Please keep the PS4 controller, clothes, and valuable to yourself.

This event is informal and unrelated to EVO Japan 2019.
当イベントからはevoJ決勝トーナメントの配信を上映することができません。何卒ご了承ください。
We do not screen EVO Japan 2019, this event is not public viewing of EVO Japan 2019.
evoJ決勝トーナメント行きが決まったプレイヤーはそちらに向かってください。
事前参加の申し込みをしていた場合でもキャンセルの連絡は不要です。ご武運を。
You can cancel this event when you become EVO Japan 2019 Finalist with no fee and any contact.

[ About this venue use ] 会場利用について
・会場内は禁煙です。
・会場内の飲食は許可いただいております(持ち込みも自由)が、カップ麺など匂いの強いものはご遠慮ください。
・飲酒されての入場ならびにアルコール類の持ち込みは禁止です。
・ゴミを捨てる際には飲み残しの処理等、ご協力をお願いします。
・その他、運営スタッフの案内に従ってください。
・Smoking in the hall is not permitted.
・Foods and drinks without alcohols are permitted. However, please refrain from those with strong smell.
・Alcohols are not permitted, and we do not permit to entrance after drinking.
・We asks for your cooperation when throwing away garbages and leaving unfinished drinks.
・Please follow the staff's instructions if something happen.
[ Guide of Bento Box lunch ] 仕出し弁当のご案内
希望者が多ければ(20人以上)仕出し弁当を手配します。
イベント参加申込時に選択いただけますので、以下メニューからお選びください。
・幕の内弁当(唐揚げ) 500円
・幕の内弁当(塩サバ) 500円
・かしわめし(鶏の炊き込みご飯) 450円
・※幕の内弁当はごはん大盛りです。
If there are plenty of requests (over 20 requests), we prepare Bento Box Lunch.
You can apply together when applying for this event.
"Makunouchi(Chicken)" Rice and various side dishes - 500yen

[ Conditions of Participation ] 参加資格
GUILTY GEAR Xrd のプレイヤーであることが参加条件です。
セールス・宗教勧誘等イベント趣旨と関係ない人の参加をお断りします。
Condition of participation is just you are a player of GUILTY GEAR Xrd!!!
Sales, solicitation, etc, people who are not related to the event purpose will refuse participation.
