イベント説明

コンタクト・インプロビゼーション(CI)は身体を通して即興で交わされる対話です。静止状態からエネルギッシュな動きのやりとりまで交わされる対話は幅の広いものです。バランスをとったり、方向感覚を喪失したり、転がったり、落ちたり、逆さまになったり、体重を支えたり預けたり、ジャンプしたり、相手をキャッチしたりしながら遊びを持たせています。楽しみながら”今・ここ”に向き合うことで、身体をクリエイティブに動かしていくことを学びます。参加された方はCIのプロセスを通して動きを共有する瞬間に自分が身体でそして心で感じていることに向き合うことになりますから、終わった後により満ち足りて、集中力が高まりエネルギーに満ち溢れているように感じられることでしょう。
CIのプロセスに安全に自信を持ってご参加いただけるように身体的で感覚的なスキルの基本練習は毎回盛り込んでいきます。この基本の上に簡単なムーブメントを盛り込んでいきますので、それをきっかけとして、創造的な表現にトライしたり、パートナーとより自由にお互いの動きを探って行くことができます。 毎回最後に自由に踊っていただける時間を設けています。
レベルや身体能力にかかわらずどなたでもウェルカムですので奮ってご参加ください。
Contact improvisations are spontaneous physical dialogues that range from stillness to highly energetic exchanges.  CI is free play with balance, disorientation, rolling, falling, inversion, supporting and giving weight, jumping and catching. With a playful present spirit we learn to let body spontaneously lead us into creative movement. The CI process brings forth a physical/emotional truth about a shared moment of movement that leaves the participants enriched, centered, and enlivened.
​Every session includes work in building fundamental physical and sensory skills that enable participants to engage safely and competently in the CI process.  On that foundation we add simple movement structures that serve as springboards for exercising our creativity and exploring partnered movement more freely.  We finish each session with free dance period.
Movers of all levels and physical abilities are welcome.
