Hello, Rubyists! ESM, Inc. is the Night Cruise Sponsor for RubyKaigi 2024. On the evening of May 14, the day before the conference, join us for a cruise around Okinawa's "Churaumi" sea to deepen connections with fellow Rubyists. We have arranged for food and drinks on the cruise ship, and it's all you can eat and drink.
We look forward to meeting everyone at the venue!
About the First-Timer Slot
We have reserved a special participation slot for those attending RubyKaigi for the first time. If you are unsure where to go for your first attendance, or if other events are fully booked, please make use of this opportunity.

Important Notes
Please note the following important points due to the nature of the ship:

If you are late for the departure time, you will not be able to participate. Please check in by 20:00.
Due to the nature of the event, exiting midway is not possible.
Although the ship is not expected to sway much, if you are concerned about seasickness, please take precautions yourself.

[Important] Collection of Name and Age at Boarding
Before boarding, you need to submit your name and age at the reception and it is collected by West Marine, the cruise ship operating company. Collection of such information is required by the government.
We plan to use masking stickers to prevent other participants from seeing the names and ages written. If you cannot provide this information, you will not be allowed to board.
Large Luggage
We plan to provide space for large luggage (such as suitcases and backpacks) on the ship, but space is limited. Please refrain from bringing large luggage, except in unavoidable circumstances.
Valuables
There are no arrangements to look after valuables on the ship. Please manage your valuables at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage.

株式会社永和システムマネジメントは RubyKaigi 2024 の Night Cruise Sponsor です。RubyKaigi 2024 の開催前日 5/14 の夜、沖縄の "ちゅら海" をクルーズ船でゆったり周遊しながら Rubyist 同士の交流を深めましょう。
クルーズ船にて飲食を用意しております。こちら食べ放題・飲み放題です。
会場で皆さまとお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。
First-Timer 枠について
初めて RubyKaigi に参加される方向けの参加枠を設けております。初参加でどこに行けばいいかわからない、他のイベントは埋まってしまって行く場所がない…などありましたらぜひこちらの枠をご活用ください。
限られた枠数ではございますが、永和システムマネジメントは初参加の皆さんを歓迎します!

注意事項
船の都合上、下記の注意事項についてご確認をお願いします。

出航時間に遅れると参加できません。20:00までに受付をしてください
イベントの性質上、途中での退出はできません
船の揺れはそれほどないようですが、船酔いが心配な方は各自で船酔い対策をお願いします

【重要】乗船時に氏名、年齢の提出が必要です
乗船当日、受付の際に乗船される方の氏名、年齢を乗船者名簿に記入していただく必要があります。こちらは関係省庁からの要請によりクルーズ船運営会社のウエストマリン様に提出するもので、乗船に際して必須となります。
当日はマスキングシールで他の参加者から氏名、年齢の記載が見えないように配慮する予定です。記載いただけない場合はご乗船いただけません。
大きいお荷物について
船内に大きいお荷物(スーツケース、リュックサックなど)を置けるスペースは用意する予定ですが、スペースに限りがあります。やむを得ない場合を除いて大きいお荷物のお持ち込みはお控えください。
貴重品について
船内では貴重品をお預かりするご用意がありません。貴重品はご自身の責任で管理をお願いします。紛失、破損等について運営は一切の責任を負いません。
