大会が軒並み中止となりモチベーションが上がらない今だからこそ、ご自身の月間走行距離を伸ばしたり、ランナーさん同志の情報交換をしましょう＼(^^)/

東京駅丸の内北口オメガオリンピックカウントダウンオブジェ付近

7:00 スタート
15:30 終了解散予定です。
《Running course 》
東京駅→武道館→迎賓館→新国立競技場を一周→オリンピックミュウジアム(休憩)→テレビ朝日→レインボーブリッジ遊歩道(閉鎖の時はゆりかもめでワープします)→お台場海浜公園→フジテレビ→ガンダム広場→東京ビッグサイト→有明コロシアム→有明BMXコース→有明アリーナ→オリンピック選手村→東京国際フォーラム→東京駅
距離35km約6時間程のL.S.Dコースです。5km毎にコンビニなどで休憩し、13:00 東京駅ゴール予定になります。
ゴール後は、東京駅を見ながら「スタンドT」さんで乾杯をします。(クラフトビール飲み放題!飲食代は別途3500円前後を予定)もちろん、Runのみのご参加でも大歓迎です!

1km 7分～8分のゆっくりジョギング✨

《商品構成の説明》
えるえすでぃ～部は、人数がある程度集まった状態、(商品として成り立っているイベント)をモシコムサイトのグループRun有料イベントとして販売しております。
他のイベントと違うところは、
①少なすぎて寂しい思いはしない
②ファンRun重視のグループRun
③参加ランナーさん同士の繋がりが広がる
以上の三点に重きをおいてRunイベントを構成しております。
《開催が困難だった場合の返金制度について》
緊急事態宣言などの理由で開催が困難な場合には手数料を引いた金額をご返金致します。
前日の予報が悪天候の場合には、開催日を延期致します

Tokyo Station → Tokyo International Forum → Ariake Arena → Ariake BMX Course → Ariake Colosseum Tennis Forest → Tokyo Big Sight (commemorative photo) → Gundam Square (commemorative photo) → Odaiba Kaihin Park (commemorative photo) → Rainbow Bridge → New National Competition Place (commemorative photo) → Budokan → Tokyo Station
Take a break at a convenience store about every 5km
15:30 Goal schedule
16:30 Toast with craft beer while watching Tokyo Station colored by the setting sun. All-you-can-drink craft beer (food and drink charges are paid locally. About 3500 yen)

《Running pace》
1km 7-8 minutes slow jogging ✨
* It is okay to participate only in Group Run.

The Esudi-department sells a state where a certain number of people have gathered (events that are made up as products) as group run paid events on the Moshicom site.
What makes it different from other events
① I don't feel lonely because there are too few
② Group Run that emphasizes fan Run
③ Expand the connection between participating runners
The Run event is constructed with an emphasis on the above three points.
